Wonderful, Thankful, Exciting News

Here is another email from Melanie's mom. Theresa

Wonderful, thankful, exciting news,
The Embassy appointment was the easiest part of their whole week……..16 min. total/ they “passed”/ & will get their visas at 10AM Fri. morning……...PTL………
They will leave the kiddos at the compound with nannies & the kids of the other family, then the 2 couples of parents are “going to town”…….this will be the fun part for Matt & Melanie….sightseeing, soaking in the people & culture away from the children’s care center and pick up some souvenirs to bring home…… they leave for the airport late afternoon for the 10pm flight……..

Their plan is to get to the Denver airport where they hope to get on the earlier flight home, which is currently full……she’ll call us from there to let us know which flight they’ll be on…….arriving in Tucson at either 5:00pm or 8:00pm……..I told her we would be praying for Makeda’s crying spells to be at a minimum for the trip home……she said her crying is like muffled sobs, so quiet that most people won’t be aware that she’s even crying……
Never thought I’d appreciate HOW a child cries….but certainly do now…..

Gotta run, Jay & the kiddos are waiting for me for our 2nd day at SeaWorld……….another day of the sun breaking through the marine layer……we’re thankful for so many acts of grace & mercy!!!!!!
